Quotation requirements	It's better to send samples. If you can't send samples, please provide detailed specifications, length, width, height, material used and material thickness (material thickness is not equal to product thickness) and clear pictures of samples. (the more detailed the information, the more accurate the quotation)
design requirement	We can design packaging for customers free of charge, but customers are better able to provide the products to be packed, as well as the requirements for blister packaging, such as, shockproof, scratch proof, fall proof, appearance and display standards, etc.

Charging standard for samples and moulds	1.Gypsum mold (sample mold): 150USD. only used for proofing, the advantage is low cost, fast. The disadvantage is that the mold is fragile, and only 5-20 samples can be made and then discarded. (not for bulk production). 2.Copper mold: 300USD. first make the blister product model with gypsum mold, and then electroplate a layer of copper on the blister product model, which is filled with gypsum powder. This kind of mold is copper on the outside and gypsum on the inside, with low cost. It is a kind of mold widely used in the production of large goods in the blister industry.  3.Aluminum mold: about 1500USD-4300USD. the mold with the highest precision. First, 3D simulation effect drawing is made by engineering, and then made by CNC according to the drawing size. The mold has high precision, bright appearance, durable, and is commonly used for some large quantity, high-grade outer packaging blisters. But the cost is high, according to the product size.
Promise after collection of sample fee	1. For aluminum mold, it can be refunded when the payment for product reaches 100,000USD. 2. After collecting the sample fee, the express fee for sending the sample shall be borne by our company; 3. After the sample fee is collected, the sample shall meet the customer's satisfaction, and the modification cost incurred in the process shall be borne by our company; (except for the case that the customer has a very big change and needs to re open the mold)
